HGP -- Land Surveyors is a surveying and consulting engineering firm based in the City of Fredericksburg, since 1991. Founded to provide responsive, in-depth services that go beyond simple surveying, HGP also provides geodetic surveying, resolution of difficult boundary questions, and assistance with property owner and utility company negotiations. Prior to organizing the Firm, Managing Member, Hamilton Palmer managed the surveying and computing departments for a branch office of a top ENR 100 engineering firm.

PERFORMANCE
The Firm staffs personnel for construction and surveying projects and other professional disciplines on an as-needed basis. The ratio of registered professionals to work force has been as high as 3:1, based on the requirements of each project. Hamilton Palmer participates in field, design and office tasks and is directly responsible for Firm performance.

HGP -- Land Surveyors has a broad range of expertise and experience on surveying and engineering projects locally and throughout the United States. Surveying experience includes public and private sector projects including transportation, nuclear waste, utilities, fossil fuel exploration and production, environmental, water treatment and residential and commercial development.

INSURANCE
HGP -- Land Surveyors maintains General Liability and Professional Liability insurance. Policy limits and conditions may be adjusted to suit specific project requirements.
