FIELD SURVEY TECHNICIAN
Acted as Party Chief directing up to a four man crew and as Instrument
Person for both Land survey and Construction Survey. Gathered, computed and recorded
field data in survey field book including angles, distances, elevations and
other miscellaneous data for topographic mapping, boundary survey, construction
layout and as-built surveys. Used and maintained many types of survey
instruments including data collectors with SMI, Carlson Survey and TDS
software, dumpy levels, auto levels, theodolites,
total stations and G.P.S. systems. Assisted professional Land
Surveyor in preparation of boundary and construction surveys (including ALTA
surveys).
OFFICE (CAD) SURVEY TECHNICIAN
Drafted
and plotted surveys of buildings, roads, bridges, concrete structures and other
projects. Reviewed recorded field data
and computations for completeness and
accuracy. Assisted Professional Land Surveyor in reading and
interpretation of existing platted subdivisions, metes and bounds surveys and
in the verification or placement of
survey markers for boundary surveys. Prepared record right-of-way
maps and condominium plats. Prepared stake outs
for property corners, building layout and utilities layout. Used and maintained various computers and plotters. As Senior Survey
Technician, supervised up to four other Survey Technicians including scheduling

PROJECT MANAGER

projects from start to finish including: initial research, preparation of
boundary & topographic surveys, preparation of condominium plats,
integration of construction plans to survey drawings for construction staking,
preparing construction staking for field, including generation of electronic
field files and stake out sheets, and preparation of final as-built drawings.
FIELD MANAGER
Coordinated scheduling of up to five field crews at a time,
prepared files for field including researching deeds, plats, coastal
construction maps, right-of-way maps and tidal boundary data. Reviewed
field work for completeness and accuracy in meeting Florida Minimum Technical
Standards and ALTA Standards. Performed traverse adjustments and
corrections to electronic data. Oversaw maintenance of company vehicles and equipment.
