Field Engineer

Played a key role in introduction / training for the use of data collectors into Lithko's present method of construction layout.

Responsible for layout of a 6 story parking garage. Including a core wall containing 5 elevators, 60 columns per floor, and 2 shear walls.

Held a Significant role in the layout (anchor bolts, footings, column pads) of two large warehouses. One 300,000 square feet, and the other 600,000 square feet. primarily used a Topcon GTS-312 and hand calculations.

Executed finish floor grade pin transfers on 6-8 concrete slab pours using an automatic level.

Constructed, erected and helped design wall forms for 600 feet of 15 feet tall basement footer walls.

Verified subgrade accuracy with precision of + or - 0.5 inch using a Leica Laser Level

Worked in the field for the first two co-ops and in the office for the third.
Operated both traditional total stations and robotic total stations to perform boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and construction staking.
Became proficient with AutoCAD Land Desktop 2006. Drafted; 35-40 residential plot plans, 6-8 Plat of Surveys, and 3 entire subdivisions (each containing 60-80 lots) off of copies from the Recorder's office.
