2009 to Present: SENIOR LAND SURVEYOR, PROJECT MANAGER, Lescure Engineers, Santa Rosa, CA

Project Manager for survey and civil engineering projects. Responsible for coordination and supervision of boundary, topographic and design surveys, legal mapping and construction stakeout.  Fluent with Topcon total stations, Topcon GPS RTK, Ranger & Recon data collectors with TDS Survey Pro, AutoCAD/LDD 2009, MS Office Suite.

 

1996 to 2008 PRINCIPAL LAND SURVEYOR, Carlile • Macy, Santa Rosa, CA

Responsible for coordination and supervision of survey and CAD technicians for planning and engineering projects. Establish mapping presentation and CAD policies and procedures. Responsible for coordination and quality control for project design surveys, legal mapping and construction stakeout. CAD and systems manager for all computer systems company wide. Project Management includes: Construction staking for public works and private development, legal and Condominium mapping, ALTA Surveys, and high density Mixed-use Developments.

In responsible charge of design, boundary, and construction surveys in Sonoma and Lake Counties. Survey projects include route survey of Cold Water Creek Road in Lake County and as-built quality control survey for Cold Water Creek Power Plant in the Geysers.
